WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA (January 25, 2012) – The Ocean Sprints presented by Taco Bravo return in 2012 with a 16 race schedule at the Ocean Speedway quarter-mile dirt track, located on the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds. Promoter John Prentice has crafted a schedule that sees all 16 dates in Watsonville with no traveling events planned for 2012. The 2012 slate opens up on Friday night March 30th. WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA (December 8, 2011) – The Ocean Sprints presented by Taco Bravo joined the Ocean Speedway banquet on Saturday night at the Coconut Grove Ballroom at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk with 2011 series champion Ronnie Day of Salinas among the honorees. The 2011 Awards Dinner and Casino Night will offer awards to the top-20 drivers in the series points.
